Handwritten digit recognition with a CNN

A simple and intuitive application that recognises handwritten digits using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The model is trained on the MNIST dataset and deployed with a user-friendly Tkinter GUI.

Getting started

1. Clone the repository
2. Navigate to the project directory
3. Install the required dependencies
4. Run the application

Clone the repository

cd digitrecognizer

Install dependencies

chmod +x install.dependencies.sh
./install.dependencies.sh

Run the application

chmod +x run.app.sh
./run.app.sh
